Coaching programmes are offered after a consultation, tailored to help you achieve your specific health goals. The duration depends on your goals and current health, as each programme is personalised for you.

While the length may vary, the structure remains similar. You’ll receive 1:1 coaching for an hour each month (twice in the first month) to set goals. You'll also have ongoing support via WhatsApp and E-mail.

Your bespoke plan will provide step-by-step guidance, and I'll be your teacher, cheerleader, and accountability partner throughout.
