She shared some tips with Mirror readers, advising: "Don't simply cut fat out of your diet as it creates many health issues.
"It's important to put plenty of goodness into your body – fresh fruit and veg, preferably before every meal, a fresh smoothie daily or take a multivitamin and mineral supplement."
And think about exercising with your friends. Invite everyone to the park to play team sports such as football and rounders.
